Contact

One email, or thirty minutes on a call.

There is no sales team in the middle: the message goes to the person who would do the work. Turkish or English, whichever you would rather argue in.

Get in touch

Two ways in; pick whichever costs you less effort.

Email lands straight in the inbox of the person who will do the work. The calendar skips the back-and-forth entirely.

We reply within one business day. Turkish and English.

Plain email

No fields, no autoresponder, no ticket number. Reply-to is a person.

Rather just talk?

Book a 30-minute call. No pitch deck — we ask about the problem and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

What happens next, with the timings.

So you know whether to keep looking elsewhere while you wait.

  1. 01

    We read it ourselves

    Within one business day

Not a ticket queue and not an autoresponder. If it is not work for us we say so in that first reply, and point you somewhere better when we know of one.

  2. 02

    Thirty minutes on a call

    Optional, free

Usually the fastest way to find out whether this is a two-day fix or a two-month project. We ask the awkward questions; you get an honest read even if you never hire us.

  3. 03

Written scope and a fixed quote

Within 2 business days of the call

What is in, what is explicitly out, what it costs, how long it takes and what you are holding at the end. The invoicing entity, the currency, the VAT treatment and the payment terms are in the same document.

  4. 04

You decide, without a follow-up campaign

    One reminder, then silence

We send one nudge and then leave it with you. Nobody here works on commission, so there is nothing to chase you for.

Worth putting in the first message

  • The process that hurts, in your own words — it does not need to be a specification
  • What you have already tried, including the packaged product that did not fit
  • Whether there is a date you are working to, and what happens if it slips
  • For Akaunting: your version, where it is hosted, and the exact text of the error
  • A rough budget band — it decides whether we propose a phase or a whole project

Before you write

The practical questions.

Which is faster, email or the calendar?
The calendar, if the problem is easier to say out loud than to type. Email is better when you have an error message to paste or a file to attach. Both reach the same person.
Lokum Tech LLC is a US entity. How does invoicing a Turkish company work?
The written quote names the invoicing entity, the currency, the VAT treatment and the payment terms before you commit to anything, so your accountant can check it in advance rather than after the first invoice arrives. Ask on the call and you get the same answer out loud.
Do you sign an NDA before the first call?
If you want one, yes — send yours and we will either sign it or tell you which clause we cannot accept. For most first calls it is not needed: we do not need your data to tell you whether we can help.
What if our budget turns out to be too small?
We say so early, and we try to be useful anyway. Sometimes the honest answer is a two-day fix, a version upgrade, or a product you should buy instead of a project you should commission. We would rather be the studio you come back to.
What do you do with what we send?
We answer it. Your email lands in our inbox; it is not added to a list and not shared for anyone else's purposes. How long it is kept, and how to ask for it to be deleted, is in the privacy notice.
