Products

The product we build, and run ourselves.

Esimbit is ours: Lokum Tech LLC owns it, we wrote it, and when an order stalls between a reseller's payment and their eSIM provider, the person who has to fix it is us. That is the whole reason we can tell you what maintaining software actually costs instead of guessing at it.

A reseller connects their own eSIM provider and Stripe accounts, sets one markup rule, and gets a storefront under their own name. Behind that sit credentials encrypted per reseller, a driver for each provider, least-cost routing across accounts, fulfilment that runs only on a verified payment webhook, usage readings that admit when they are stale, and legal pages generated in the reseller's own name.

Its footer names Lokum Tech LLC as the copyright holder — the same entity that would sign your contract — and its plans and prices are published on the same site. Checking either takes about four seconds, which is exactly why they are on this page.

What operating it involves

The parts nobody puts in a portfolio.

A screenshot of a landing page proves nothing. These are the surfaces that decide whether a product survives its second year, and they are the ones we have had to keep working.

  • Tenancy: every reseller's catalogue, customers, keys and staff kept apart inside one platform
  • Provider and payment credentials encrypted at rest and never returned to the interface — not even to their owner
  • A driver per eSIM provider behind one interface, for suppliers whose APIs change on their own schedule
  • Least-cost routing across several provider accounts, with the listed price and the placed order obeying the same rule
  • Fulfilment that runs only on a signed payment webhook, and never buys the same eSIM twice when a gateway retries
  • Storefronts in English, Turkish and Arabic — Arabic laid out right to left — on the reseller's own domain
  • Subscriptions, trials and plan limits billed through Stripe, plus the terms, privacy and refund pages every store needs

Why this matters to you

Running our own product changes the quote we give you.

Three things you only learn by operating software instead of handing it over — and three of the most common reasons a fixed-price quote turns out to be wrong.

The build is the cheap part

Most of what software costs happens after launch: dependency updates, the supplier who moves an endpoint, the report somebody needs in year two. We quote maintenance as its own line because we pay that bill ourselves every month.

Someone else's API will ruin your afternoon

Every integration is a dependency on a company that owes you nothing. We design for the failure — retries, an audit trail, a screen that shows what happened without opening a database client — because a platform that leans on several eSIM providers and a payment gateway at once does not survive without them.

Support volume is a design decision

A confusing screen turns into a message somebody has to answer. Building a panel that resellers' own support staff use every day is what taught us to spend the extra day on the wording of an error, and to show a stale reading as stale instead of guessing.

Stack

The same tools we build client work with.

Esimbit runs on the Laravel and Nuxt end of this list. It is not a logo wall: it is the set of tools we are willing to be responsible for at three in the morning.

Straight answers

What people ask about this page.

Is Esimbit a client project or yours?
Ours. Lokum Tech LLC owns and operates it — the same entity that would sign your contract. Its footer says so, so you do not have to take our word for it.
Why are there no user numbers or revenue figures on this page?
Because you could not check them. Everything on this site is either verifiable by a stranger or it is not here. A round number with no source is decoration, and a vendor who decorates one claim will decorate the rest.
Would you build a product like this for us?
That is the custom software line, and yes — multi-tenant SaaS included — with one honest constraint. We take at most two active builds at a time, so the answer sometimes comes with a start date attached rather than being a straight yes.
Do we get the Esimbit source code if we hire you?
No. It is our product, not a template we resell. If you want to sell eSIMs, you can subscribe to Esimbit like any other reseller. If you want software of your own, you get the opposite arrangement: the code we write for you sits in your own repository, owned by you, from the first commit.

Every good build starts with a conversation.

Tell us the process that hurts. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right studio for it — and if we are not, who is.
