About
A boutique studio with a name attached to it.
Most agency about-pages are five paragraphs restating the services page. This one answers the question that actually matters when you are handing over a business process: who is accountable when it goes wrong, and how much of what they claim can you check yourself?
Who does the work
The person on the hook.

Laravel on the back, Nuxt on the front, and accounting software as a speciality rather than an accident. Where this site says "we", it means a boutique team. Where something goes wrong, it means one name — and this is the name.
I worked on Akaunting itself, as a Senior Software Developer from 2018 to 2022. That is a work history, not a badge: there is no Akaunting partner, reseller or certification programme to belong to, so anyone selling you one is describing something that does not exist. What the history is worth in practice is knowing where the supported extension points are, which licence tier a deployment needs before you build on it, and which reports quietly break on a version jump.
I have spent close to five years in HR technology, as Tech Lead and, in another period, CTO. Recruiting, core HR, payroll and time tracking, performance: the four large parts of an HR system, and the places where they meet, which is where most of the mistakes happen. I do not name that company here; I will describe what I built, concretely, on the first call.
Alongside client work I build and operate Esimbit, a multi-tenant SaaS for eSIM resellers: credentials encrypted per reseller, drivers for several eSIM providers, Stripe subscriptions and storefronts in three languages. It runs on the same stack we build for clients, which is why we can quote maintenance without flinching — we pay that bill on our own product every month.
We use AI tools, and there is no point pretending otherwise in 2026. What has not changed is the part that matters: nothing ships until a senior developer has read it as carefully as they would read a colleague's pull request. The architecture decisions, and the accountability for the result, stay with a person.
Scope
What we are, and what we are not.
The second list is the useful one. A studio that will not tell you what it does badly is asking you to find out on your own project.
What we are
- A boutique team that takes at most two active builds at a time
- Laravel and Nuxt specialists, on code somebody else wrote as well as our own
- Akaunting specialists: installation, upgrades, modules, Turkey localisation
- People who operate their own SaaS in production and pay its maintenance bill
- Fixed scope and fixed price wherever the scope can be pinned down
- Turkish and English, on Turkish business hours
- The ones who hand over the repository, the runbook and the training call
What we are not
- A 200-person agency, or a profile on a freelancer marketplace
- A hosting provider — we set Akaunting up on the host you choose, we do not resell infrastructure
- Akaunting Inc.'s partner, reseller or authorised anything: no such programme exists
- Your mali müşavir — we build and maintain the integration, the fiscal opinion is theirs
- A WordPress theme shop
- A body shop billing hourly for junior seats
- A "digital transformation" agency: we do two things and both of them have names
Size
We publish a capacity, not a headcount.
A headcount tells you nothing and stops being true the moment it changes. What you need to know is how much attention is available, and what happens when it is not.
- active builds at a time, at most
- 2
- business day — the reply commitment on any enquiry
- 1
- working languages: Turkish and English
- 2
- The person who writes your code is the person you are emailing.
- No account manager in between, and nothing handed to a subcontractor.
- No junior on the invoice: everybody whose time you pay for has done this before.
- Two active builds means the third one waits rather than being started badly.
- If your project genuinely needs forty developers, we are the wrong studio — and you hear that on the first call, not in month three.
Deliberately narrow
Two lines, and no third one.
Everything we are good at sits inside one of these. Work that does not is somebody else's, and we usually know whose.
Akaunting, from install to retainer
The business software you cannot buy
The company
The details a finance team asks for.
None of it is a secret, so none of it should require a phone call first.
The name on the invoice
Where we work from
What we own
Every good build starts with a conversation.
Tell us the process that hurts. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right studio for it — and if we are not, who is.
